What to expect Throughout the program, you will be energized and motivated by your cohort as well as world-class speakers. You will uncover your strengths and deepen your self-awareness, building the confidence you need to lead. You will also meet a global network and become part of a supportive and diverse community of peers who will both challenge and champion you as you grow. Most importantly, you will turn your ambitions into concrete leadership commitments and move toward maximizing your full potential.
To be considered for NGWL Europe, you must:
• Be based in or have strong ties to Europe. • Be a bachelor's, master's, PhD or MBA student graduating no later than 2027 OR a professional with up to eight years of work experience.
