During an open panel, you'll get a glimpse into the personal journeys of different BCGers, who will share what shaped their first steps and the lessons they carry forward.

And because the best conversations happen in the right setting, the night continues with flying dinner, drinks, and plenty of time to make meaningful connections.

At the heart of the event is an open panel with BCGers and alumni, moderated by Raphael Troitzsch, Managing Director and Partner at BCG Zurich. With a PhD in Physics, Raphael began his career at BCG as a Consultant and has since advanced to Managing Director and Partner, building deep expertise in the (re)insurance sector.

The panel will shine a light on the early stages of a career at BCG, with a diverse group of BCGers opening up about the moments that defined their paths: what first drew them to consulting, the unexpected turns that reshaped their perspectives, and the skills and mindsets that continue to drive them forward today.

You’ll hear how they transformed doubts into growth, how mentors and teams fueled their success, and the one piece of advice they wish they’d known at the start of their own journey. You’ll also have the chance to ask your own questions and connect directly with BCGers, alumni and peers.
