Glühwein Challenge with Roland Berger

Revenues for Christmas markets across Europe have been experiencing steady growth over the past five years. However, external trends influence the expectations of visitor numbers at European Christmas markets. Our client – a well-known restaurant owner in Zurich – wants to open a Glühwein stall at one of Zurich’s Christmas markets. Hence, he approached us to help him identify the most profitable location and help design a concept that makes the client’s stall stand out of the crowd! 
 
With this event, we would like to give students from the University of St.Gallen the exclusive opportunity to participate in an exceptional event while experiencing teamwork as a corporate strategy consultant. Moreover, you will get insights into Roland Berger’s culture and how you can kickstart your career in consultancy. 
 
The Workshop is happening at the Roland Berger Office in Zurich. After going through the introduction session and solving the case, we will attend the Christmas Market in Zürich, where you can network with Roland Berger consultants while enjoying some traditional Glühwein.
