Join BCG’s three-month mentoring program for women, running from March to May 2025, and lay the foundation for your career.
The program offers exclusive insights into consulting at BCG, interactive skill-building workshops, and a hands-on case workshop. You will also receive one-to-one career mentoring tailored to your needs, questions, and aspirations.
We are looking for women studying at a Swiss university, from all academic backgrounds (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD), who are in their third semester or beyond.
