A global company in distress: strategic option analysis

A global leader and family-owned business in e-commerce seeks performance improvement advise for two underperforming business units. You are required to assess the situation, propose strategic options and present your findings to the board of directors.

This workshop reflects our A&M approach to consulting: a bias to action, laser focus on value creation, absolute objectivity as well as a data driven work approach.
