We’ve all heard the saying about not being able to “see the forest for the trees.” In this workshop, however, getting caught up in the details is actually what will help you see the bigger picture – piece by piece! We will tear down and dismantle a product to view all of its individual components and will use this information, for example, to consider alternative (less costly) parts and materials and decide on which features to eliminate or add. We then bring the details together again to determine where cost savings can be captured and perhaps even develop an improved product.
